Job Summary
Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution. Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services. Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections. Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators. Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned. Work a flexible schedule including day/evening shifts, travel up to 20%, and maintain a 40-hour weekly commitment.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience
- ASE certification
- bachelor's degree
- strong understanding of vehicle maintenance
- strong understanding of collision repair
- strong understanding of systems
- strong understanding of components
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- proficient in other computer applications
- ability to travel up to 20%
- ability to work a flexible schedule
- ability to work day/evening shifts
- at least 21 years old
- authorized to work in the United States
- ability to work 40 hours per week
