Job Summary
Senior Renewals Manager responsible for owning end-to-end renewals for Genea's Security product, designing and maturing the renewals process, moving to a proactive renewal cadence, and evolving the motion toward light expansion (upsell/cross-sell). The role includes negotiating renewal terms, coordinating with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, leveraging offshore resources, and applying AI/automation to streamline quoting, outreach, risk scoring, forecasting, and data hygiene. You will forecast and report on GRR/NRR, maintain renewal data in CRM/CPQ, and build toward a renewals function that can scale into a future team, with potential executive exposure and direct influence across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success with a commercial or quota-carrying component
- Direct ownership of a renewals book of business with retention (GRR/NRR) responsibility
- Experience negotiating and closing renewal changes (price increases, multi-year terms, SKU/edition changes, and removal of discounts)
- Experience designing, documenting, or improving a renewals process, policy, or playbook
- Track record of partnering with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success in cross-functional environments
- Hands-on Salesforce experience; proficiency with CPQ/quoting tools and BI/spreadsheets
- Customer success or renewals certifications are a plus
- Offshore team experience is a plus
