Job Summary
Senior Reliability Technician on nights (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) at Fremont, NE. Responsible for troubleshooting advanced pneumatic, hydraulic, AC/DC electrical systems, and automation (PLC and Instrumentation) on process and packaging equipment, maintaining and repairing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing line, mentoring junior technicians, and serving as main escalation point on shift. Tasks include coordinating daily workload, recording activity in CMMS, contributing to continuous improvement to reduce equipment downtime, participating in RCAs, auditing PMs, and ensuring proper inventory and safety practices. Requires strong electro/mechanical troubleshooting, welding (MIG/TIG) abilities for repairs, and the ability to train others. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of manufacturing electro/mechanical technician experience; preferred associates degree in a technical discipline and 6+ years of experience. Shift includes a $3 night differential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as an Electro/Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred Associates degree in a Technical discipline, preferably Industrial Maintenance Technology
- 6+ years of experience as Electro/Mechanical Tech in manufacturing setting
