Job Summary

Develop product level reliability qualification plans and implement qualifications for new NVIDIA products across AI, Data Center, Mobile, Automotive, and System on Chip sectors. Work closely with design, customer engineering, product/test, and packaging teams to define device specifications, margin studies, and qualification test programs. Analyze failure data, investigate failure mechanisms, and develop models to drive corrective and preventive actions on field failures. Maintain and improve the reliability database while producing qualification reports and presentations. Requires strong technical background in wafer fab and packaging technologies, proficiency in reliability analysis tools, and 8+ years of IC reliability experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in wafer fab with advanced process node
  • Flip Chip BGA and COWOS packaging and assembly process technologies
  • Knowledge of CMOS/Fin FET devices physics
  • Familiarity with reliability statistics, and models and their failure mechanisms
  • Familiarity with industry standards (like JEDEC, IPC, AEC-Q100) for Silicon Die and package level qualification
  • Familiarity with ESD/LU testing procedure and its associated risk assessment
  • Proficiency in reliability data analysis tool such as JMP, Weibull++ and/or Minitab
  • 8+ years of experience in IC reliability
  • BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and produce product reliability qualification reports and presentations
  • Skills in mathematical analysis and reliability modellings

Desired Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in EE is preferable
