Job Summary
Senior Release Train Engineer for a contract role in Carmel, IN. Responsible for steering the Agile Release Train to success, removing impediments, managing risk, ensuring value delivery, and driving program-level continuous improvement. Facilitates ART events, coordinates cross-train and collaboration across solution groups, leads release planning, and coaches teams to implement Agile processes and mindset. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years’ experience (or 8 years relevant), 4 years’ experience as RTE/Scrum Master/Agile PM, and strong collaboration with Directors; SAFe/Lean experience and proven servant leadership and communication skills. Desirable certifications include A-CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC; SAFe certifications preferred. Hybrid work model with in-office presence a couple of days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree + 4 years’ experience OR 8 years relevant experience
- 4 years’ experience as Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Project/Program Manager
- Desirable: Agile Certification (A-CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP); Project Management Professional (PMP); SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or other SAFe certifications preferred
