Senior Relationship Strategist - PNC Private Bank

Lead client management activities by developing and executing relationship management plans to acquire and retain clients while managing the book of business. Conduct thorough discovery of client needs to deliver exceptional experiences, consistently review assessments for changes, and hold the team accountable for deliverables and growth through client expansion. Proactively source new relationships, own communication with existing clients to capture opportunities, and expand external networks. Manage risk through appropriate client selection, escalate concerns to partners for quick resolution, and maintain accurate sales and relationship administration tasks. Ensure execution of team processes including pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, and relationship reviews. May train, coach, and mentor team members while participating in special projects to strengthen the overall business.
