Job Summary
Acquire, build, and maintain strong relationships with IFA, MFD, and RIA channel partners while demonstrating expertise in wealth management products such as debentures, AIFs, and PMS. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and risks to identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals. Drive business growth by cross-selling services to existing clients, conducting thorough due diligence on investment providers to mitigate risks, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in accordance with compliance standards. Organize seminars and workshops to support business development activities while achieving revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Master's Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Prior experience working in a Private Bank/Wealth Management set up
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with Channel Partners (IFA/ MFD/RIA) minimum of 3 years
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, Debentures, AIFs and PMS
- Strong communication sales skills
- Track record of achieving targets and achieving incentives
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM)
