Job Summary
Senior Relationship Manager to drive growth for high-value corporate clients in mid-market segments by developing new business, managing key client relationships, and cross-selling Bank products and services (including credit, trust/investment, and cash management). Responsibilities include structuring complex deals, securing credit approvals with internal and external partners, reviewing loan applications and service agreements for risk alignment, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities to expand client portfolios, and representing the bank at industry events. The role requires collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic financial solutions, maintain exceptional client service, and monitor performance through reports and market insights.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
- Credit Qualifiable role knowledge and credit portfolio requirements
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency across Product Knowledge, Regulatory Compliance, Structuring Deals, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Project Management, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Building
