Job Summary
Support onboarding, answer product questions, and resolve inquiries for Polish-speaking clients while introducing investment platforms during introductory calls. Build long-term relationships, attend industry events to attract high-value clients, and collaborate with partners to grow brand awareness. Understand client needs, explain features and risks, stay updated on market trends, and share insights. Maintain accurate client records, coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and share feedback to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality
- Fluency in Polish and English
