Job Summary
Senior Relationship Manager for Emerging Corporate clients in NSW, responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market customers, collaborating with Product Partners and credit teams to structure deals, building relationships with operations teams to improve efficiency, applying credit and industry portfolio analysis to credit proposals, ensuring compliance with audit standards, and supporting lending services to minimize provisions. Demonstrates mastery of commercial mid-market banking products (working capital financing, trade finance, cash management, trade facilities) and the ability to identify opportunities for clients while negotiating and delivering tailored banking solutions. Will engage with senior executives and financial decision-makers, maintain industry knowledge, and contribute to the ANZ 2030 Strategy within a diverse, flexible-working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial mid-market banking and lending products (e.g., working capital financing, trade finance, cash management, trade facilities)
- Ability to build long-term client relationships with C-suite executives, business owners, and financial decision-makers
- Strong skills in credit risk analysis and evaluating financial statements
- Ability to structure and negotiate complex, customized banking deals
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles
- Experience leading relationship teams toward client and business objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior stakeholders
