Required Qualifications
- Strong credit and industry portfolio analysis skills
- Experience in Commercial mid-market banking and lending products
- Ability to negotiate and structure complex and customised banking deals
- Proficiency in evaluating credit risk and managing the lending process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with C-suite executives
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with owners and decision-makers
