Job Summary
Senior Relationship Manager for Client Service & Business Development in fintech, focusing on Family Offices, RIAs, and Trust structures. Manage high-value client relationships, drive revenue growth, and lead cross-functional initiatives from prospecting through contract execution. Responsibilities include primary client contact, multi-generational relationship management, tailoring fintech solutions, supporting full sales lifecycle (prospecting, pitches, solutioning, negotiation, contracts), assisting in RFP/RFI responses, and pipeline growth. Lead engagements across product, ops, compliance, and technology; ensure onboarding and implementation; mentor junior team members; engage senior stakeholders with strong communication and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in client service within the fintech industry
- Proven experience working with Family Offices, RIAs, and Trust structures
- Demonstrated success supporting business development and sales processes end-to-end
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and investment performance metrics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Must be relationship-driven with a client-first mindset
- Possess commercial savvy with strong sales support instincts
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Leadership and team development capability
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, high-touch client environments
