Job Summary
Senior Relationship Manager leads and manages a client portfolio for top-tier local corporate clients within institutional banking. Responsible for business development, client relationship management, and demonstrating solid risk and control capabilities with cross-functional teams. Key duties include expanding a portfolio with complex financial needs to drive revenue growth and maintain credit quality, identifying client needs and recommending solutions (financing, cash management, FX, etc.), cross-selling banking products (cash management, trade finance, trade services, structured trades, FX, commodities, fixed income, loans including syndicated and bilateral, capital markets), and managing all credit aspects through annual reviews and remedial actions while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards. Required skills include credit analytics, risk assessment, advisory capabilities to Treasurers and CFOs, and strong leadership. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Citigroup is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience managing relationships with Top Tier Local Corporates
- Track record in originating and managing significant transactions
- Strong leadership and team player
- Comprehensive knowledge of credit analytics and proven expertise in Risk assessment and valuation
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
