Job Summary
Oversee a portfolio to ensure client retention and business growth while aligning with client investment objectives and organizational policies. Acquire new high-net-worth clients with complex financial needs through targeted business development activities and collaboration with Business Development Officers. Drive profitability by achieving revenue goals, controlling expenses, and monitoring profit performance with corrective actions as necessary. Foster a service culture by leveraging expertise in investment and wealth advisory services to provide best-in-class relationship management. Actively participate in client-focused events to enhance business development efforts and strengthen relationships. Build strong internal partnerships to deliver seamless, professional, and timely client service. Implement and maintain effective operational and compliance risk controls. This role is based in Tampa, FL, with work arrangements discussed during the interview process.
Required Qualifications
- You have an educational background
- You hold a bachelor's degree
- You hold advanced certifications such as MBA, CFA, CPA, CFP, or JD
- You bring wealth management expertise
- You have 15+ years of experience in portfolio management, wealth management, personal tax, or financial planning
- You possess investment knowledge
- You have a comprehensive understanding of investment products and strategies to address the needs of sophisticated high-net-worth clients
- You are financially savvy
- You demonstrate strong financial analysis skills to provide expert advice on complex and high-value client relationships
- You're a relationship builder
- You excel in building and maintaining relationships, with the ability to make persuasive recommendations tailored to client needs
