Senior Relationship Manager, Broker Relations

Senior Relationship Manager in Vanguard's Broker Relations leads a portfolio of strategic broker/dealer relationships, owning relationship strategies and annual plans, coordinating across Internal Advocacy teams (e.g., Fixed Income, Equity, ETF Capital Markets, PRD), and serving as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders to align broker engagements with Vanguard priorities. The role drives relationship outcomes to enhance trading capabilities, market access, and long-term strategic value, conducts governance reviews, evaluates broker performance and risk, surfaces market developments, and collaborates with analysts to inform decision-making. The position requires strong negotiation, senior stakeholder engagement, and a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across complex organizations within a hybrid work model with three days in the Malvern, PA office; fully remote work is not available for this role.
