Senior Relationship Manager for Alternatives at SEI Investments. Grow SEI’s business through client service excellence with a focus on a portfolio of Alternative clients. Lead and coordinate a firm-wide approach to strategic client management, implement an institutional-grade client governance framework with efficient meetings, KPIs, and action trackers, measure client satisfaction goals, and drive client service excellence across the organization. Provide thought leadership by staying current with market trends and competitor intel. Develop and present annual account plans to senior management with a clear path to wallet share expansion. Represent the voice of the client to internal SEI stakeholders and act as the trusted voice of SEI to the client. Lead commercial discussions and profitability action plans; be the point of escalation for clients and internal teams. Support sales in new business generation and deal closing. Feed the product pipeline with insights to meet future client needs and identify potential revenue streams. Manage third-party relationships to enhance SEI’s brand awareness and cultivate excellent working relationships with Operations Management.
