Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to customers and prospective customers by fostering retail banking relationships, resolving complex issues, and executing consultative strategies. Coordinate sales efforts across Banking Center Network, Mortgage Lending, and Commercial/Cash Management lines while acting as the customer's personal banker. Originate and maintain accounts for retail, digital, and small business clients, cross-sell products, and perform related clerical functions. Address inquiries in person, by phone, or digitally, and advocate for digital product adoption. Mentor junior bankers and adhere to compliance requirements and risk management policies. Travel within the Park National footprint is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 or more years experience and understanding of bank products and services
- Minimum 5 years as a relationship manager with responsibilities such as customer calling efforts and implementing actions designed to achieve sales goals

- Operating hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 12:0pm
- The average number of Saturday shifts per month is 2-3
- This position is hourly and full-time
- A minimum of 37.5 hours is required per week in order to maintain eligibility for full-time status
- Generally, this position will require 37.5 - 40 hours per week
- This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time
