Job Summary
Senior Relationship Banker role focused on building, expanding, and retaining client relationships, delivering needs-based financial solutions, and achieving branch goals through in-person and outbound activities, including opening/closing accounts, handling consumer loan requests, and coordinating with partner teams to serve small business, mortgage, and advisory clients. Requires customer-facing experience, knowledge of loan and deposit processes, BSA/CIP compliance, and ability to drive referrals and brand awareness; banking-specific training and progression to RB II/Sr RB levels are noted.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience
- NMLS registration (and/or obtain NMLS license after employment)
- MS Office proficiency
- Understand and utilize social media platforms for brand awareness and market knowledge
