Job Summary
Execute traditional consumer banking tasks, including processing transaction requests, managing vault cash, and opening/closing the office. Promote sales by leveraging outbound calls, greeting customers, and cross-selling products while achieving weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager. Maintain data quality using approved branch technology and adhere to all FNB policies, strategies, and risk management programs. Perform routine operational duties and assist with pre-shift sales huddles. This role requires a High School diploma, one year of experience, and knowledge of banking procedures. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 1 year of job related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Experience in a related position
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to work at various locations within the market
- Must be able to work overnight travel for training purposes
