Job Summary
Oversee client requests from initiation to settlement while executing branch prudential management tasks and conducting comprehensive Compliance Due Diligence for Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing and Know Your Client requirements. Interpret loan applications, monitor arrears and accounts in excess to take commercial and prudential action, and actively foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. Coach and mentor team members to support Account Managers in developing new business and managing existing client accounts. This role replaces a retired position within the Wagga-Wagga Regional Team, focusing on the Food & Agriculture sector.
