Job Summary
Senior Relationship Advisor II manages complex fiduciary and wealth management client relationships and delivers high-quality fiduciary services. Lead client conversations focused on goals-driven wealth management, leveraging fiduciary standards, investments, tax and legal considerations, and advising on appropriate Northern Trust solutions. Collaborate with client service teams and external professional advisors to ensure timely delivery of fiduciary services, maintain proactive client service, and identify opportunities for relationship enhancement. Travel as appropriate to meet client service, revenue, and new business development needs. Mentor less experienced partners and serve as a subject matter expert on complex fiduciary relationships. Demonstrates leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and strong communication to translate complex concepts into client-friendly guidance.
Required Qualifications
- College or university degree and/or equivalent professional experience required; JD or similar credential strongly preferred.
