Senior Reimbursement Specialist I

Job Summary
Support execution of reimbursement strategies aligned with business priorities and product lifecycle needs. Provide reimbursement and health policy guidance to clinical, regulatory, marketing, and sales partners. Contribute to evidence planning by partnering with HEOR to identify payer-relevant data needs. Analyze reimbursement landscapes to support development of coding, coverage, and payment pathways, including internal and external communication tools. Educate internal teams on reimbursement requirements, payer trends, and implications for product adoption. Identify reimbursement barriers and support implementation of solutions to improve patient access. Deliver reimbursement education for internal teams and external stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in reimbursement, market access, or health policy within medical devices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or health policy within medical devices, med-tech, insurance, or healthcare administration
- Strong understanding of U.S. coverage, coding, and payment systems
- Demonstrated ability to support reimbursement strategy in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency with standard business applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, data analysis tools)
- Lifting – Not to exceed 50 lbs
