Senior Rehabilitation Consultant – Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist

Job Summary
Conduct Vocational Assessments and provide Rehabilitation Counselling for New Employer and Same Employer schemes including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, and CTP. Facilitate Workplace Discussions and Case Conferencing with allied health professionals to prepare clients for work readiness. Collaborate with Employment Placement Specialists to secure meaningful work trials and successful job placements. Requires full or provisional AHPRA registration, minimum two years experience in occupation rehabilitation and vocational assessments, and a current driver's licence for travel. Full-time role with flexibility to shape your own schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Full or Provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience within occupation rehabilitation
- Minimum 2 years experience completing vocational assessments
- Have a current driver's licence, motor vehicle
- willingness to travel for face-to-face servicing as required
