Senior Rehabilitation Consultant – Rehab Counsellor, Psych or Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Conduct initial psychological and workplace assessments, facilitate effective workplace discussions, and deliver vocational and rehabilitation counselling across Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, and CTP schemes. Case conferencing with allied health professionals is required daily. This role excludes vocational assessments and DE case management. You must hold full AHPRA registration and ASORC or Speech Pathology Australia membership, with a minimum of two years in occupation rehabilitation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel for face-to-face servicing are mandatory. Required Qualifications
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) or full membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience within occupation rehabilitation
- Have a current driver's licence
- Have a motor vehicle
- Willingness to travel for face-to-face servicing as required
