Senior Rehab Program Manager - Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Conduct outpatient physical therapy services for 50-60% of your day while managing oversight of payroll, KPIs, new staff orientation, and scheduling. Serve as the liaison between communities and the Area Manager, supporting Program Managers across LaCrosse, Havenwood, and Springbook locations.
