Job Summary
Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst in Limerick, Ireland, focusing on regulatory reporting for ART RiskMonitor across UCITS, AIFMD and related European requirements. Responsibilities include drafting, coordinating and reviewing UCITS/PRIIP KIID documentation, preparing AIF/AIFMD returns under ESMA/FCA requirements, setting up investor monthly factsheets, coordinating PRIIP/EMT/ESG templates per SFDR and SFDR 2.0, and ensuring regulatory filings with CSSF, CBI, and FCA. Collaborate with promoters, technology teams, and clients to ensure compliance with UCITS VI, MIFID, KIID, AIFMD 2.0 and governance standards; stay up to date with new regulations; support interpretation of regulatory changes; participate in quarterly/monthly service reviews; assist with ad hoc client queries; maintain accurate procedures. Candidate profile: strong academic background with MSc in a related field; deep knowledge of European regulated investment products and fund regulatory requirements; experience in regulatory/financial reporting or audit; excellent communication and analytical skills; able to work autonomously, multi-task, and meet deadlines; fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- MSC in Accounting/Finance/Economics/IT or related field
- Proven in-depth knowledge of European Regulated Investment Products, UCITS, AIFMD and Fund regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting or Audit environment
- Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and to deadlines
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
