Job Summary
Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory reports in accordance with applicable rules (e.g., COREP, FINREP, LCR, NSFR, AnaCredit, and Lux/GDP local requirements). Acts as a subject-matter expert on regulatory reporting, providing guidance to Finance, Risk, IT, and senior management. Develops and maintains methodologies, processes, and controls; supports the team to improve and automate internal processes; conducts analytical reviews and key controls; prepares responses to ad-hoc requests from Regulators, Management, and external auditors. Works closely with Front Office, Back Office/Operations, Finance, and Risk Management; understands finance and risk process architecture and supporting systems; participates in strategic, tactical, and ad-hoc Finance projects. Demonstrates collaborative, proactive problem-solving, and a mindset to challenge the status quo while delivering high-quality regulatory submissions. Master’s degree and strong knowledge of Lux Gaap, IFRS GAAP, CSSF/BCL regulatory reporting; proficient in MS Office and Business Objects; ability to shape the future of reporting capabilities and contribute to sustainability-focused initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or alike
- good knowledge of bank accounting
- Lux Gaap and IFRS GAAP
- strong knowledge of Finance & Regulatory reporting (CSSF and BCL)
- analytical & change mindset
- curious and challenging attitude
- excellent knowledge of MS Office products especially Excel & Business Object
- ability to work with Finance, Risk, IT, and senior management
- experience with regulatory reporting frameworks and submissions
- documentation development and maintenance
- ability to automate internal processes and improve efficiency
