Job Summary
Senior Regulatory Manager – R&D Wellness executes regulatory strategies for wellness product development and lifecycle management, leads preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers including new product registrations, variations and renewals, and advises cross-functional teams on regulatory pathways, risks, and requirements. Ensures accuracy and compliance of labeling, claims, and marketing materials; monitors evolving regulatory requirements and implements changes; supports regulatory queries, inspections, and audits. Partners with R&D to integrate regulatory considerations early in design and development; supports analytical, clinical, and scientific substantiation strategies aligned with regulatory expectations; enables faster time to market through identification of efficient regulatory pathways. Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field with significant Regulatory Affairs experience in R&D or product development; consumer health/wellness/OTC experience preferred.
