Job Summary
Senior Regulatory & Land Services Analyst at Trans Mountain, based in Calgary Head Office, responsible for supporting Regulatory, Land, and Permitting functions, advancing management systems, and governance. Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards with automation and AI integration to improve data quality and decision-making; lead process reviews, gap analyses, and requirements assessments; manage schedules and implementation plans; monitor progress and risks; optimize information systems and identify automation opportunities; establish and continuously improve QA/QC frameworks to ensure compliance with corporate standards and government policies; liaise across IT, Project Controls, and Supply Chain; support planning of strategic priorities and prepare materials for senior leadership with clear follow-through.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic team environment.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- An ability to influence key stakeholders and contributors to the success of department goals and objectives.
- Excellent information systems skills, technical skills and software skills.
- Experience in the development of reporting and tracking tools.
- Oil and gas industry experience will be considered an asset.
- A track record of delivering high-quality work, managing competing priorities, and supporting key business processes or operational functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and levels across the organization.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly, respectfully, and professionally.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
