Job Summary
Lead regulatory and product change programs from scoping through to implementation, translating obligations into clear delivery plans with defined milestones and success measures. Establish governance frameworks covering reporting, risk management, and escalation processes while coordinating delivery across Financial Product, Digital Product, Operations, and Risk & Compliance teams. Provide executives with visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to ensure alignment and managed delivery. This senior role sits within the Financial Product Management team, partnering with stakeholders from Legal and Distribution to shape the future of the business.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience delivering large scale regulatory change, transformation or program initiatives within financial services
- Experience in wealth management, investment platforms, superannuation or a related environment
- Strong understanding of Australian financial services regulation and the ability to turn obligations into executable programs of work
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross functional teams
- Proven experience establishing governance, managing risks and providing executive level reporting on complex programs
- Experience in wealth management, investment platforms, superannuation or a related environment
