Job Summary
Senior Regional Social Manager to lead Disc Replay's national social media presence across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram; manage national accounts, create engaging content, serve as on-camera personality, produce local store content, collaborate with other Regional Social Media Managers, monitor community engagement, and track performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of social media management experience, preferably in retail, gaming, entertainment, or lifestyle brands
- Strong video production, editing, and storytelling skills (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Comfortable and confident appearing on-camera and representing the brand in a public-facing role
- Working knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout, etc.)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across multiple store teams and leadership levels
- Passion for gaming, pop culture, collectibles, or retro media is highly preferred
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus
