Job Summary
Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive and expand Elastic’s General Business sales within the United States. Lead a high-velocity, quota-driven SaaS sales team, build executive-level relationships with key accounts, and collaborate across product messaging, partner ecosystems, and Open Source initiatives to accelerate revenue growth. Responsibilities include leading and developing a sales team, meeting or exceeding quotas, deploying Elastic’s sales methodology, and partnering with leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience. Bonus points for Open Source experience and the ability to operate in a distributed environment. Compensation includes base salary, variable components, stock program participation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
