Job Summary
Senior Regional Sales Manager leading the Northwest sales team across Colorado, Utah, Washington, and Western California markets. Responsible for directing a team of Field Sales Engineers and Field Application Engineers, managing named accounts, expanding key relationships with distributors, and collaborating with business units to drive wins and roadmap changes. Drives strategy development, contract negotiations, and program coordination; recruits and mentors sales staff; and analyzes market trends to deliver results. Requires a technology-related bachelor’s degree, proven semiconductor product sales experience, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Word capabilities. Willingness to travel to key accounts and regions as needed and to coach a high-performance sales team toward meeting or exceeding targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field
- Experience in semiconductor product sales
- Proven ability to interact, influence and build relationships with executives and managers
- Experience promoting and consulting across an organization
- Strong analytical and data presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to travel
