Job Summary
Senior Regional Sales Manager responsible for expanding product line distribution and driving regional sales growth through broker-partner collaboration, in-store execution, and region-specific programs. Leads development and execution of high-impact sales plans, cultivates influential customer relationships, delivers compelling presentations and promotions, coordinates with brokers for optimal distribution and new-item placements, and travels up to 50% to achieve targets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, plus leadership experience and CPG industry acumen. Relocation package is available and candidate must be willing to travel; strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Proficiency in sales strategy, account management, and broker collaboration
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred
