Job Summary
Senior Regional Sales Manager responsible for building and leading a high-volume CRE sales/origination team across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, developing and managing client relationships with property owners, and expanding JPMorganChase’s presence in the market. Responsibilities include active recruitment and development of Client Sales Managers, coaching to sustain a high-performance sales culture, supporting client acquisition and retention, assisting in annual production goals and marketing plans, maintaining knowledge of financing programs and credit standards, collaborating with credit partners on loan structures, staying attuned to market trends, representing the firm at industry events, and mentoring firm programs including intern programs; requires strong leadership, public speaking, and a proven track record in commercial real estate financing.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years commercial real estate sales/origination experience
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance, Business or similar background
- Strong analytic skills in sales and management
- Experience in credit analysis and risk assessment for commercial real estate financing
- Working knowledge of and connections within the Commercial Real Estate industry
- Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
