Job Summary
Senior Regional Recruitment Manager for MEASA: responsible for leading VU’s international growth across high-priority MEASA markets (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka) and owning end-to-end recruitment performance. Lead a geographically dispersed offshore team and manage key agent networks, driving enrolment growth and delivering measurable outcomes. Develop strategy, oversee budgeting/forecasting, ensure regulatory compliance (ESOS, Genuine Student), and represent VU at senior levels in international markets. Requires senior international education expertise, strong leadership, data-informed decision-making, stakeholder engagement at executive levels, and postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience.
