Senior Regional Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary
Lead quality assurance across 5-7 facilities in the South Region, fostering a culture where quality first is a shared mindset and driving end-to-end responsibility for design, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction. Monitor internal metrics and customer satisfaction to improve quality as a competitive advantage, while standardizing processes and procedures across factories to meet company objectives. Execute the Cornerstone Production System Quality Control Pillar, review and approve critical documents such as FMEA and control plans, and lead root cause analysis for customer and internal quality issues. Explore new technologies to enhance quality control systems and invest in talent development through coaching and training aligned with future business needs. Requires up to 75% travel and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- At least 8+ years of manufacturing experience in a complex, manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years leading product quality
- Proven ability to drive Quality, performance, and cultural transformations
- Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Requires travel (up to 75%)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred and MBA a plus
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Progressive experience in quality technical field and leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing
- Displays a strong ability to use data to rationally analyze and solve issues, with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and methods for appropriate application and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train staff
- 3rd party Quality certification (ISO 9001/TS 16949) experience preferred
