Job Summary
Senior Regional Product Manager responsible for developing regional marketing strategy for the Immunology portfolio, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and aligning with Global plans and LATAM priorities. Lead regional Immunology cross-functional core team within the Integrated Brand Value Team (IBVT), drive initiatives for strategic marketing, and collaborate with country leaders to identify regional programs. Manage regional brand budgets, forecast pipeline brands for Long Range Financial Plan, develop business cases for pipeline assets, lead launch readiness and excellence discussions, and ensure alignment with Credo and leadership imperatives. Partner with operating companies and global colleagues for market research, advisory boards, go-to-market evaluations, and resource planning; deliver Brand Books with core strategy and messaging; support regional growth initiatives and cost efficiencies. Language proficiency includes English plus Portuguese or Spanish, with a preference for MBA or equivalent experience and prior Immunology exposure.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- Confirmed healthcare acumen
- +5 years of experience in pharmaceutical strategic marketing
