Senior Regional Engineering Manager (Relocation)

Job Summary
As a Senior Regional Engineering Manager, you will lead the development of operational strategies and drive excellence across multiple locations. This role involves providing technical guidance, optimizing M&E processes, and overcoming challenges for plant performance improvements. You’ll manage engineering teams across various plants, oversee project engineering and ensure effective resource allocation. Responsibilities include managing an Annual Capital Budget up to $50mm, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with engineering codes. A successful candidate will possess extensive experience in meat manufacturing equipment and engineering processes, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and be proficient in project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership
- Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues
- Project Management skills; Contract Administration skills
- Proficient in engineering economics
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- Knowledge of engineering principles and techniques related to food processing and the meat industry.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
