Job Summary
Lead a team of four to five District Managers overseeing 20 to 25 club locations, building high-performing leadership and executing strategic initiatives to boost member retention and revenue. Manage monthly succession planning, establish aligned KPIs, and conduct weekly leadership calls to set direction. Analyze sales data, member attrition, and facilities reports to optimize efforts and leverage the regional P&L for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on sales strategies, audits, and compliance gaps while serving as a liaison between field teams and corporate leadership. Requires residing within the region, frequent travel, and a proven track record of multi-unit leadership in fitness or retail.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 4 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Min. 2 years overseeing leaders managing leaders
- Prior experience leading teams in a performance-driven company
- Proven track record of leveraging P&L and metrics to drive business decisions
