Job Summary
Senior Regional Construction Scheduler reports to the Senior Construction Manager of Scheduling and Estimating, produces schedule-related reports for upper management to meet KPIs, supervises Project Schedulers, interprets detailed construction drawings across multiple disciplines, reviews baseline and monthly P6 schedules, performs time impact analysis with Windows methodology, analyzes critical path and schedule slippage, validates scope with contract terms, communicates schedule issues in regular meetings, maintains and updates program/master schedules, and conducts site visits for progress checks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum ten (10) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational and planning skills
- Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
- Understanding of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering, scheduling and schedule forensics
