Job Summary
Review contractor baseline and update schedules using Primavera P6, identifying critical path impacts, slippage, and risk factors across complex public works and educational facility projects. Perform Time Impact Analysis, evaluate entitlement for time extensions, and develop program-level and master schedules while ensuring consistency in coding, logic, and reporting standards. Provide detailed written review comments, executive-level reporting, and mentor Project Schedulers. Collaborate with OARs, Senior Project Managers, and field teams to address schedule issues through site visits and project meetings. Requires 10+ years of construction scheduling experience and advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of construction scheduling experience for an owner or general contractor
- Strong background in public works or educational facility construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in any field with an additional 2 years of relevant scheduling experience
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, cost engineering, and schedule forensics
- Ability to interpret construction drawings across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities across large programs
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
