Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage, collaborating directly with international clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions. Source and attract high-quality candidates to build consistent talent pipelines, conduct interviews and assessments, and provide market insights to support client decision-making. Ensure a smooth candidate experience while meeting hiring targets and deadlines. Fluency in English is required, along with experience using ATS tools and handling multiple roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment
- Fluency in English is a MUST (spoken and written)
- Experience using ATS or recruitment tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles
- Organized and detail-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
