Job Summary
Lead and manage the CSR recruiting teams, coaching employees on development needs and career growth. Provide recruiting support for management and support department positions at the site level while overseeing recruitment operations and the hiring process for major partners. Support program execution for people-related change initiatives and recruiting deliverables. Produce accurate metrics and reports, track acquisition statistics, and develop effective practices for volume recruiting. Interface with Operations and Human Resources to ensure business goals are met in compliance with regulations. Build relationships to support the development of a strategic online recruiting presence.
Required Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree in Business with a major in Human Resources
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- HR/Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written)
- A service oriented, strategic mindset and are able to plan and execute for a desired result
- The ability to adapt to change and innovation
Desired Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree in Business with a major in Human Resources (preferred)
- HR/Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (contact center setting is an asset)
- A background in Operations (considered an asset)
