Senior Recruitment Consultant needed to build and manage a 360 (full-cycle) recruiting desk in real estate-focused markets. Own end-to-end recruitment from business development to candidate placement, drive billings with a 45%-65% sliding commission structure, and operate in a fully remote, flexible-work model (Canada-based). The role emphasizes client development, candidate sourcing, relationship management, and leveraging technology/training to deliver results. Candidates should demonstrate a history of billings, independent work style, and the ability to work from home with strong computer skills. This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to applicants legally eligible to work in Canada; involvement with cross-border Canada/USA calling plans is part of the setup.
