Independent, high-earning role with a 45-65% commission structure, remote-first setup, and the autonomy to build and manage your own desk. Requires strong computer skills, ability to work from home with flexible hours, and a track record in recruitment/sales. The position emphasizes commission-based earnings, remote work capabilities, and opportunities to grow within a nationally distributed recruitment network. Industry experience in real estate or construction recruitment is advantageous; must have legal right to work in Canada and be able to operate in a remote, performance-driven environment.
