Job Summary
Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end executive searches, partnering with clients and senior leaders to define success profiles and hiring strategies. You will manage sourcing, assessment, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and placement for senior and executive roles, build and manage candidate and client experiences, develop robust talent pipelines via direct search, outreach, and social channels, and contribute to growth through relationship-building and business development. You will use recruitment data to improve processes, ensure ethical and compliant hiring practices, and support learning and professional development within a remote, autonomous team. You’ll join a small, collaborative environment that values partnership, realism, excellence, and continuous improvement, with flexible work arrangements and a professional development allowance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, including senior or executive-level searches
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Direct search, sourcing, and outreach capability
- Ability to assess behavioural, cultural, and leadership alignment beyond resumes
- Experience building recruitment processes and frameworks in evolving or low-structure environments
- Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and commercial awareness
- Experience with psychometric tools is an asset
- Experience in contingent, retained, or blended search models is an asset
