Job Summary
Senior Recruiting Operations & Systems Analyst at Dolby responsible for strengthening recruiting operations across process design, systems enablement, and reporting. Partner with Recruiting, Finance, HR, People Operations, People Systems, and IT to design scalable workflows, translate needs into system requirements, and drive data-driven improvements. Focus areas include identifying workflow gaps, implementing process improvements, supporting change management, developing dashboards and operational metrics, and enhancing data quality and visibility across recruiting tools. Collaborative, cross-functional role aimed at aligning recruiting operations with broader business planning and ensuring scalable, efficient processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or related fields
- Experience working with recruiting systems, workflows, and process improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting ATS, recruiting tools, or HR systems in a business-facing capacity
- Ability to gather business requirements and support system or workflow changes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, HR, or IT
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate recruiting needs clearly
