Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruitment across all Wellis departments, managing intake, sourcing, screening, and closing while partnering closely with hiring managers to define sharp profiles and challenge assumptions. Drive proactive, creative sourcing strategies that go beyond waiting for applications and strengthen recruitment foundations by improving job ads, outreach, employer branding, and operational rigor through clean pipelines, clear reporting, and smart automation. Ensure every candidate experiences Wellis as fast, personal, and professional, leveraging strong stakeholder management to enable better hiring decisions. Report to the People & Culture Lead and collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to shape a scalable, human recruitment engine.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- at least 2 years in-house
- Strong across the full cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing
- Confident partnering with hiring managers
- A proactive, creative sourcer who doesn't wait for inbound
- A clear, warm, and direct communicator
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and Google Workspace
- Genuinely curious about the business and how Wellis works
- Fluent in English and Dutch (C1)
