Job Summary
Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for roles in both US and Canada: driving hiring strategy to close top talent while delivering best-in-class candidate experience. Build multidisciplinary teams to enable safe self-driving at scale, partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, and optimize recruiting pipelines through data-driven insights. Maintain data in Lever and continuously improve interviewing frameworks, systems, and best practices across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar fields
- 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Experience using an ATS to source, track and manage candidates (Lever preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with a wide variety of clients and senior level business leaders
- Project management experience and proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
- Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others
- Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions
